This Document is a full list of the comments received in response to the Public Consultation. The Column marked 'SG Response' is the ACTION the group decided to take in response to that comment.

There were many comments asking for things outside the realm / remit of an NDP . In those cases the SG response is NO ACTION because there is no action that they can take.

BASIC CONDITIONS STATEMENT: 

This 'Basic Conditions Statement' is an official document prepared by Moreton-in-Marsh Town Council. It as a document that must  accompany our draft Neighbourhood Development Plan when it is submitted to the local planning authority (Cotswold District Council).

​

Its purpose is to formally prove and explain how the draft plan satisfies strict legal requirements before it can proceed to independent examination and a public local referendum.
